Canceling and refunds
Cancel from Billing whenever you like. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to Free. There are no partial refunds unless the law requires one. Nothing you made is deleted, and export works on every plan.

Questions
Do I need a card to start? No, and the free plan never asks for one.
What counts as a send? Sending an estimate or invoice through the app as a share link. Sending the same one again doesn't count, and neither does downloading the PDF and emailing it yourself.
What happens when the free sends run out? You're told before you start a new estimate. Anything you started while sends were left can still be sent, and every PDF still downloads.
What do founding members get? The same price lock as everyone else, and our thanks. Anyone who subscribes before public launch is marked as one.
